Virtualguide™ is the latest tool in the Guide Suite providing clients the opportunity to more effectively use existing camera systems with real-time monitoring services.  Partnering with surveillance software producer IVR Controls, Virtualguide™ enables motion activated cameras to alert our Patrol Officers when a disturbance is detected and requires an immediate response. 

Signal 88 monitors security cameras at our centralized Monitoring and Dispatch Center.  Signal 88 officers monitor a client’s property at either regularly scheduled times or on an alarm basis.  If something on the property needs attention, the officer at the Monitoring and Dispatch Center will send out the local Signal 88 officer in the client’s market, or, if necessary, call the local police. 

Clients no longer have to worry about being billed for false alarms when their security system malfunctions or have to sit for hours and go through security tape to find an incident. Instead, Signal 88 can remotely monitor the property and be prepared to act the moment something happens.  This groundbreaking service will ensure Signal 88 will be there to protect and prevent criminal activity on a client’s property.
