Signal 88 Security's initial process includes 3 main phases - Explore, Qualify, and Commit. Below you will find what each of the 3 phases include and what to expect.

  • Ask

    Ask questions of your AR, the Corporate Office, or current franchisees to make sure you understand all of the requirements.

  • Discover

    Attend a Discovery Day with your AR in a local market or at the Corporate Office in Omaha, NE.
  • Login to Next Steps and review the documents in order to see how our model and technology can provide the highest benefits to your security business.
  • Discuss questions with your Area Representative, a current franchisee or the Corporate office.  We would love to help fill in the gaps.
  • Schedule and attend a Discovery Day to experience a day in the life of a franchisee. 

Qualify

  • Profile

    Fill out the personal information sheet and background check.

  • Financial Information

    Provide a personal income statement and summary of your financial business plan.

  • Territory

    Provide three options of territories (ZIP codes) where you would like to start your Signal 88 franchise
  • Fill out personal information sheet and send to the Corporate Office
  • Complete the background check consent form (Please note: a background check as well as a credit check will be conducted)
  • Provide a personal income statement
  • Create a summary of how you intend to finance your franchise
  • Review and submit three options for territories.  Make sure to include ZIP codes and the population for each ZIP code

Commit

  • Franchise Agreement

    Review and complete your franchise agreement.

  • Start-Up Form 

    Complete the forms sent by your AR to have your systems set up.

  • Training  

    In-Market Launch - Attend Signal 88 Webinars - Box.net/signal88 - PSTN Training - Annual Convention
  • Complete the Franchise Agreement and send to the Corporate Office.
  • Work with your AR to complete the necessary forms; send to the Corporate Office when complete.
  • Contact the Signal 88 vendors to get your business supplies.
  • In-Market Launch training includes sales and patrol training with your AR or a Corporate Office representative.
  • Our Annual Convention is a great way to learn about the newest events in Signal 88! It is held in Las Vegas every January and is open to all current and prospective franchisees.
  • Double-check with the Launch Checklist to make sure all tasks are completed.
